Following on from a request at last month’s meeting, in May we’re be looking at COACHING SKILLS for people in business. Coaching helps you align your vision and values in your daily life, develop team members, improve work relationships, use time more efficiently, gain better work/life balance and create the life you were meant to live.
The workshop will help you:
- Understand the difference between Mentors, Consultants and Coaches
- Explore the EGROW Coaching Model
- Practice effective Questioning and Listening skills in Coaching Triads
You’ll also have peer coaching to discuss, in confidence, a current issue, goal or idea with another member of the group.
Come along to Windermere Works on MAY 8th for some handy tips on COACHING SKLLS through solution-focused training PLUS peer-coaching, networking, tasty bakes and an unknown element of quirkiness …
